Making It: In Design is a podcast I started with the mission to inspire and uplift women in the design industry, addressing the need for more inclusivity and diversity, especially in senior roles. In its debut week, the podcast climbed to No. 4 in the UK Design Podcast Charts, resonating with listeners who found it both informative and insightful. Throughout the first season, I had the privilege of speaking with talented women and leaders who broke through industry barriers, sharing their journeys from that all-important first job to achieving senior leadership roles. The incredible messages I received highlighted the impact of these conversations. Although Making It only ran for one season due to other commitments, I hope to continue this important work in the future.
